Village Leadership Academy is a tuition-free public charter school designed in collaboration with parents and educators to serve our community and develop the next generation of leaders. We are a school centered on cultivating critical thinkers & confident leaders. Village Leadership Academy is located in Boise, Idaho, serving students from kindergarten through eighth grade.

Village Leadership Academy works from the perspective that all children have innate genius and leadership ability. We employ the Leader in Me curriculum, which was developed and modeled after the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
